Paralegal II " Migrant Farmworker ProjectThe applicant s duties include: draft documents for review by MFP supervising attorneys, project director and staff attorney, interview clients, prepare retainers, build case files, work with spreadsheets for grant reporting, complete data entry for case initiation, aid in maintaining a current map of farms and farmworkers, perform investigations, conduct interviews, utilize immigration software to enter data for immigration petitions, and perform outreach duties as assigned. Must preferably have a Bachelor s degree, Associate s degree or certificate program in paralegal studies. Should have computer software knowledge and background is required, including Ms office products. Must be fluent is needed Spanish.
