Intellectual Property Trademark Specialist / ParalegalThe applicant will be performing both domestic and foreign trademark prosecution work which will include a variety of tasks including preparing relevant documents for filing applications, docket management, the maintenance of pending and registered trademarks and assist with filings at the TTAB; will communicate with clients and foreign agents on routine matters and assist in checking the status of trademark cases with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and foreign trademark office as appropriate. Should have 3+ years of combined comprehensive domestic and foreign IP trademark background in a law firm and/or a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program. Strong PC knowledge including awareness and knowledge of social media sites is required.
