Paralegal - (Tempe, AZ)

ParalegalThe applicant will collaborate with marketing teams and other business stakeholders on their requests for legal reviews. Assist with 1st round of legal reviews on marketing & advertising and consumer/partner facing assets by advising and flagging issues for final attorney legal approval. Meet objectives of tracking requests in the software tool, prioritizing requests based on due date or other priority criteria, and storage of final approved materials. Issue spot for legal compliance purposes, including help with compliance tool(s) and collaborating with internal teams to help determine remediation strategies. The position may also address legal matters relating to consumer product/service offerings, Member Services/Support issues, eCommerce and transactional issues.
