Director of Operations','175320','!*!This applicant will be required to lead an organization of 30-40 people, consisting of our Details Engineering organization, open source licensing compliance, as well as provide program management leadership for the Test, Benchmark, and Performance Group. The applicant is required to understand, develop and refine all related processes, procedures, and governance required to operate and execute programs and projects successfully in a global environment. Additionally, the applicant will be required to build relationships across the organization to ensure proper engagement, ownership and business requirements are established. Applicant should possess superior communication and collaboration skills with an expertise to engage at all levels of the global organization. The successful applicant will: Manage the Details Engineering activity as well as deliver on Operational commitments regarding the Open Source Compliance process.
