\n\nJob Description\nWarehouse Forklift Operator \n\n Purpose: Johns Manville is currently seeking qualified applicants for the position of warehouse forklift operator, to be located in our Hazleton, Pennsylvania plant. The operator has the responsibility to safely load and unload trucks in our warehouse along with relocate produced materials throughout the warehouse and property. \n\n \n\nResponsibilities -- At the direction of the warehouse supervisor: \n\nUphold forklift certification and testing \n\nComplete lift safety audits and inspections of mobile equipment \n\nLoad and unload all materials essential for shipping \n\nSafely and properly tarp loads when needed \n\nShuttle product \n\nUse and understand fall protection \n\n \n\nAll employees are expected to follow Johns Manville safety policy and procedures. Additional responsibilities or tasks may be assigned at the discretion of the shipping supervisor.
