Production Supervisor - 2nd/3rd Shift - (Shakopee, MN)

Our client is a leading food manufacturer that delivers consistently superior products. They are searching for a Production Supervisor – for the second and third shifts for their Shakopee, MN facility. Must Have: 4-year degree preferred; High-school certificate or Equivalent required; Supervisory background in food manufacturing required; Food safety and sanitation regulations; Leadership, organizational, interpersonal and communication abilities; Willing and able to work on the night shift; Required responsibilities: The Production Supervisor is responsible for direct shift personnel to ensure that quality qualifications and customer volume qualifications are met; Implement safety and regulatory programs; Education and development programs for shift personnel; Inventory accuracy and production reporting; Assist with production schedules and staffing qualifications; Maintain sanitation programs; Schedule equipment repairs;Byrnes & Rupkey, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action Recruiting firm.
