The Ability We're Looking For Extensive background in public relations including full time work and internships Bachelors or equivalent with five years of background. Bachelor's degree with concentration in Communications or Political Science preferred Highly motivated self-starter with a can-do attitude Strong writing and analytical abilities and keen attention to detail Background working in a large company across teams and collaborating with others Knowledge of the Financial Services industry is needed, however, B2B or Fortune 500 company background is also a plus The Purpose of Your Role The Manager, Public Relations will plan, develop and execute external communications initiatives as part of Fidelity's proactive media team, focusing on building awareness of the firm's brand and culture. In addition, this role will be responsible for promoting Fidelity's regional presence in Boston, NH, RI and NY/NJ.
