Community Relations Coordinator - (Cedar Hill, TX)

The Community Relations Coordinator is a multifaceted position that focuses on growing the brand in the community through creating Remarkable Experiences. They are responsible for making new strategic partnerships as well as nurturing tenured relationships with local organizations. They will also be responsible for generating new catering opportunities and growing our outside sales. This person will need to leverage our key assists and portray Chick-fil-A store values as they execute their strategy. 1.) Build Community Relationships/ Strategic Partnerships a. Proactively Network to create relationships with local organizations. b. Nurture current relationships - Surprise and Delight with random memorabilia or food c. Manage donation requests. d. Chamber of Commerce Meetings, VICA, etc. 2.) Create ReMarkable Experiences in the community a. Leveraging all 4 key assets (Food, People, Cows, Influence) c. Find opportunities to get the brand optimal exposure d.
