Colleague Safety Specialist (Worker's Comp) - (Langhorne, PA)

The Colleague Safety Specialist provides support in administration of workers' pay package. Responsible for claims administration and audits, report preparation and compilation of statistics. Interprets laws and regulations, determines appropriate courses of action and presents solutions to resolve claims. Interfaces with employees, managers, insurance carriers, medical personnel and attorneys. Knows, understands, incorporates, and demonstrates the Trinity Health Mission, Vision, and Values in behaviors, practices, and decisions. Serves as member of Trinity Health Insurance Risk Safety Management team. Atttends TH meetings and conference calls focused on best practices in injury prevention, policy change recommendations, etc. Acts as the primary point of contact between TH and MHS for all Workers' Comp issues.
