Experienced Maintenance Superintendent - (Edison, NJ)

Seeking a full-time maintenance superintendent, Monday through Friday 7:30AM-4:00PM, for an apartment complex. Rotating on call shifts for after hours maintenance emergencies. Duties include but are not limited to: painting, general plumbing and electric, HVAC, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, appliance repairs. Must have background with turning over apartments, completing tenant work orders and general maintenance. Must be mature, reliable, have your own tools and a drivers license.
