Sales Development Specialist - (Madison, WI)

Demco, the leading direct marketer of library and school supplies and furnishings, is expanding our sales group and we are currently accepting resumes for a Sales Development Specialist. Through our sales team, we are dedicated to providing products to libraries and schools to enable the sharing of knowledge and the expertise to put that knowledge into action. Our offerings include proprietary product lines of furnishings along with open source and ‘to-the-industry’ products allowing us to offer a wide selection of solutions. As a Sales Development Specialist, you will be the expert assisting our library customers in finding solutions for their library needs. This position will involve telephone contact (primarily outbound). You will qualify leads from varying sources and solicit info from customers through needs assessments. Once leads are qualified you will escalate the leads to the appropriate members of the sales organization.
