Product Operations Specialist - Petaluma - (Petaluma, CA)

Vista Outdoor is seeking a Product Operations Specialist to add to our team to support CamelBak at the Petaluma, CA location. The CamelBak Product Ops Team ensures all operational aspects of both new product introductions (NPI---s) as well as sustaining projects, ensuring proper definition, planning, and execution. The Product Operations Specialist will be responsible for coordinating resources among cross-functional teams, both internally and externally in order to effectively support projects along the development timeline. This is a dynamic role that must analyze and interpret data from the development process to mitigate hurdles and achieve targets from a capital investment (cost, pricing, tooling, etc.) to functional intent of our products.
