Business & Quality Analyst - (South Portland, ME)

Overview: Portland area company looking to bring on an experienced business analyst to handle business and quality assurance analysis in the areas of sales, operations, technology, and finance. Perfect candidate will be capable of working across multiple departments to define and document functional business qualifications in order to provide analysis and business context info to developers. They will then be responsible for creating test plans and cases to validate any solutions implemented and their expertise to meet business needs. Responsibilities • Analyze project details to create and document a qualifications work plan • Identify and document qualifications, project related issues, assumptions, constraints, dependencies, risks and decisions. • Conduct and document gap analysis when dealing with technology solutions • Conduct process and requirement review sessions with project team • Plan and facilitate small group and one-on-one meetings
