Duration: twelve months Location: Baltimore, MD US Citizens and GC Holders ONLY Min Qualifications: Solid knowledge of the following technologies: Windows 7 Windows 10 PC and printer hardware Personal Mobile Device (iPhone & Android) Active Sync support Microsoft office suite 2007 and 2010 Remote access, including Remote Desktop Connection, Citrix and VPN Active Directory/Group Policy TCP/IP Trading Applications, including Reuters, ICE and Bloomberg Core Qualifications: Strong written and spoken communication abilities The expertise to work quickly and efficiently, including prioritization as needed Troubleshooting all aspects of Windows 7, Microsoft office suite, Internet Explorer and proprietary software Excellent customer service skills and focus Expertise to troubleshoot all aspects of network connectivity Expertise to work unaided with minimal supervision Expertise to work as part of a cohesive, highly skilled and motivated team
