Tax Accountant - (Las Vegas, NV)

Fast growing tax and business consulting company is looking for a fast pace and knowledgeable individual to assist us in tax preparation, business consulting and valuation and exit strategy consulting. We have 4 departments from legal and entities, tax and business consulting, asset management and risk and insurance. You would be working within a small team within a larger team developing strategies and completing tax work for clients. Qualifications * No criminal background * No past bankruptcies * Fast paced and the expertise to adapt and learn new technology and system quickly * Min of 3 years of preparing personal and business tax returns including the assembly of 1120s, 1120's, 1065s. * Quickbooks background * Reliable transportation.
