Product Management Assistant / Fairfield, NJ location (Thurs-Sun 5pm-3:30am) - (Fairfield, NJ)
Position summary: RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES Duties include, but are not limited to the following: A. Customer service. Providing appropriate customer service is the number 1 priority of the Blood Services. Appropriate customer service can be defined as follows: * Complete orders and other tasks accurately and in a timely manner. * Respond courteously to telephone calls. Follow through on all requests. * Provide prompt, friendly service. * Prioritize requests properly. * Pulling/packing blood orders. * Completing invoices. * Rotation of stock. * Entry and verification of imported blood products. SHIFT: Four 10 hour days (Thursday - Sunday 5pm - 3:30am) POSITION REQUIREMENTS AND KNOWLEDGE A. Education and Background High-school certificate required; Baccalaureate degree from a 4yr college or university preferred. Be able to lift and carry, push or pull packages weighing up to 70 pounds.
