The position is responsible for managing a division of 30 full time and seasonal employees, and overseeing approx $9.0 million in operating and utility budgets, plus more than $2 million in annual capital improvement programming. The position reports to the City Administrator. Position duties: Plan and implement capital improvement program including road resurfacing, road maintenance, street design, stormwater management facilities, sanitary sewer interceptors, water distribution and production facilities, and buildings and public facilities. Oversee the refuse and recycling function of the City.
