CAD Drafter Compass Consultants Inc. has a 50 yr history of providing leading edge, professional engineering services and consulting for the telecommunications industry. This position will be responsible to create quality, accurate working documents such as utility maps, as-built surveys, fiber layouts, diagrams, floor layouts, etc. utilizing AutoCAD. The position is located in Perham, MN. Hours are Monday thru Friday 8:00am 4:30pm or longer as needed. We prefer the following skills and background: Three or more years background drafting utilizing AutoCAD, AutoCAD Map, or similar Demonstrated quality drafting skills with expertise to transform field sketches and utility maps into professional computer generated documents Background or knowledge of utility concepts as it relates to telecom engineering and construction Demonstrated expertise to work with a wide variety of personalities Expertise to follow written and oral instructions
