Major duties and assignments include: assisting with troubleshooting building envelope issues, producing reports based on investigations, assisting with the preparation of construction specifications, providing technical support to staff as required, and attending trade shows, seminars and educational programs to keep abreast of industry trends and ensure continued professional development. Min requirements include: graduation from an accredited college in a related discipline (engineering/construction management) or equivalent background; 1 (1) years' background in the construction industry. Preferred requirements include: RCI credentials (RRC, RRO, RWC, or REWC), or EIT certificate.
