Duties: Produce garment measurements and be able to grade sizes Work cross-functionally with multiple brands and accounts Lead product fittings by giving direction on fit, design, construction, and overall aesthetics Collaborate with production, logistics, quality, etc. to improve products from sampling, production, and delivery Utilize trend and customer insight info to provide innovative product solutions Product lead for ensuring calendar adherence and cross-functional task management In charge of all product and trim approvals including color, placement, size, and clearly communicating needs to all related parties On-board new factories with guidelines, expectations, and evaluations Gather trend info through trade shows and market research Process and maintain all corrected and updated PO's Responsible for product shipping on time and having all accurate documentation for international and domestic shipments Skills: Stron g people skills Profi cient technical skills Ms excel lent management expertise
