As a Principal Organizational Effectiveness Consultant, youll play a critical role in driving strategy and project implementation related to C.H. Robinsons talent management practices, including but not limited to: performance management, succession planning, talent assessment, career development, role infrastructure and employee engagement. This is a role that provides opportunity for immediate impact as you help shape, implement and manage global talent strategies that align with company objectives and reflect best practices. Youll combine HR ability with project management practices, and demonstrate the blended skillset of an HR Business Partner and Project Manager to manage project initiatives, consult with the business, provide superior customer support, manage change, and drive HR functional excellence and process improvement.
