Position overview Crowe Horwaths Mergers & Acquisitions Optimization (M) practice is seeking an experienced hire to fill a Senior Consultant role. This individual will provide specialized ability in leading clients from planning through execution of complex mergers, acquisitions, divestments, and transformations. Senior Consultants are expected to apply their knowledge and background and work with limited guidance in the following areas: * Managing large-scale integration management offices (IMO); * Supporting functional work streams in the planning and execution of merger initiatives; * Performing complex data analysis to identify, assess, and track synergy opportunities; * Developing executive-level written deliverables to support client key decision makers * Providing broad project management support including driving integration progress, synergy capture
