Job Description Job summary: Drives jewelry sales and creates a positive customer background through customer relationships, product knowledge and operational execution. Main responsibilities: Builds Customer Relationships by elevating customer engagement and interaction: * Proactively engages Customers and draws Customers in to the Jewelry department. * Establishes a connection with Customers to determine Jewelry needs, style, and preferences. * Invites customers to return to see a new product arrivals. * Balances individualized service with high Customer volume. Actively Listens to Customers needs to recommend jewelry products: * Engages Customers in conversation to determine jewelry needs, style and preferences. * Listens for cues to tailor current and future interactions to better serve each Customer. * Encourages Customers to explore higher quality options and additional products to build on their Jewelry selections.
