Job summary and QualificationsDirector MSO and Practice Management Job details: * Coordinates existing and / or newly sourced resources to effectively operate and manage the Management Services Organization (MSO), ensuring that all services provided are of the highest quality and cost efficient. Grows the MSO client base through prudent business development activities, and works to align the MSO with other Hospital or Hospital-related entities or initiatives. Directs the overall management of aligned physician practices, and successfully collaborates with physician and Hospital leadership to facilitate integration. Requirements: * Masters Degree in business or related healthcare field. In lieu of Masters Degree, Bachelors Degree in business or related healthcare field along with a min 5yrs background in equivalent position. * 7 Years background in physician practice management or healthcare sector in progressively more responsible positions, min of 3yrs in equivalent position.
