Meeting %26 Event Planner - (Bedford, NH)

Position Purpose: Plan, develop, oversee and execute event and sponsorship program. Function as team lead for open enrollment events during 2 open enrollment periods. Develop strong working relationships with other health plan departments. Liaise with external event organizers and vendors to negotiate sponsorship and event amenities on behalf of the health plan. Train and oversee events support team. Function as copywriter & editor for event marketing promotional materials. Oversee sponsorship and event budget. Track, reconcile and report sponsorship and event spending monthly. Responsible for the planning, supervision and project management of: sponsored events, open enrollment, signature events, member retention events, and program events. Maximize marketing opportunities and investment in the event and sponsorship program; develop events, sponsorship and scholarship opportunities within the organization's 5 strategic categories.
