CPS INV PD Supervisor III - (Rosenberg, TX)

CPS INV PD Supervisor IIIPlans, coordinates and monitors service delivery and program to ensure effective and efficient program operation. Supervises staff and monitors compliance with regional and State initiatives, administrative policies, procedures, and practices. Develops and implements appropriate strategic plans for improving program operation. Demonstrates leadership skills and promotes teamwork and a positive attitude; plans, promotes, and encourages the professional development of management and service delivery personnel; and selects, manages and develops program staff through review of performance data, conferences, training and performance appraisal. Interprets program policy and procedures to program staff and the general public. Works effectively with DFPS staff, promotes collaboration and teamwork within stages of service, community groups, agencies, local government officials, families, and the general public.
