Project Manager - Utility Group - (Holdrege, NE)

IES Commercial, Inc. - Commercial & Industrial Division, seeking Project Manager for the Utility Group. Position overview - Oversee construction projects for the Utility Group of IESCI including substations, transmission, or distribution projects. - Oversee total construction effort to ensure assigned projects are constructed in accordance with contract, plan and specifications. - Assist with the development and management of the project budget including financial tracking and owner billings. - Develop and maintain the master project schedule. - Coordinate construction efforts with the company superintendents as well as project assigned supervision. - Subcontract administration to ensure subcontractors are coordinated within the project plan including scope, schedule and budget adherence. - Manager all material procurement with the IESCI procurement department and ensure material is obtained to support the project schedule and budget.
