Job DescriptionVTT Management, a growing national Property Management Company currently has an opening for a Property Manager. We have a portfolio consisting of both multi-family residential and commercial properties. The Property Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of all entities within established financial guidelines and budget, making sure the property meets established standards, maintaining occupancy at management set levels, reviewing delinquent accounts and taking required action while responding to resident requests in a timely, efficient and courteous manner.
