Real estate development company is looking for a Director of Budgeting & Reporting. Develop project budgets and track costs for various projects. Conduct analysis for financial reporting. Monitor and analyze total-project cost forecasts. Coordinate with project team to manage and update cash flow projections Implement a cost control approach adhering to best practice for all development projects. Knowledge of GAAP related to real estate accounting and consolidations required. Must have recent real estate construction/development background.
