Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and reliable HVAC TECH for an apartment complex near the Mall At Milleinia in Orlando, Florida. This is a part time job, 10-12 hours per week, and the work days and hours are very flexible. The tech can choose the work days and hours as long as the job gets done. The tech is responsible for for diagnosing and repairing sleeve-type air conditioning's. Is responsible for maintaining a sufficient number of repaired ac's in reserve for our maintenance staff to install in apartments when needed. Must have a min of 5yrs HVAC background, must be A-C Cerified, must have own tools, must have own transportation, Must be drug free, and must have good references. (01/10/2018)
