AP Expense Coordinator - (Conklin, NY)

Maines Paper & Food Service is seeking an Accounts Payable Expense processor to be responsible for setting up payment for all expense related invoices for all Maines locations. This position researches and resolves invoice discrepancies and closes all expense related help desk issues. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Receives and enters payment info from invoices, vouchers and check request received in AP via the USPS Mail, E-mail or FedEx. * Prepares invoices for scanning to workflow for processing. * Validates supporting documents and ensure proper approval on expense vouchers. Reviews and approves vouchers $5K are forwarded to management for approval. * Resolve Help Desk issues pertaining to Expense vendors and expense invoices. Working closely with each distribution center and/or vendor to resolve issue. * Prepare and deliver weekly status reports on customer statements to management and reaches out to vendors for missing documentation.
