Administrative Manager II - (Jacksonville, FL)

Scope of the Job Perform diversified administrative responsibilities, support the Department Sr. Leadership and related faculty by providing administrative support services. Key functions 1. Prepare and process Physician recruitment related activities for searches, staff appointments, credentials, promotion and tenure compliance with administration office. 2. Maintain and process department payroll and department files. 3. Recruit and select support staff and responsible for scheduling their activities. Supervise secretarial support staff. 4. Maintain calendars, schedules and meetings. 5. Prepares, edits and distributes correspondence and reports as needed. 6. In consultation with the Medical Director, Sr. Administrative Director, and Operations Manager, the Administrative Manager supervises, directs and coordinates the administrative activities for Ophthalmology. Ensures the staff effectively delivers the level of service required by the patients, providers and administrators.
