Regional Development Coordinator - (Birmingham, AL)

Regional Development Coordinator Classification: Non-exempt Grade level: H07 Role: To identify potential Benefit Partners (BPs) and convert prospective companies into active BPs. Enhance branch participation with local community and chamber events. Support the Business Services department by promoting active engagement of our business services to appropriate BPs. This position necessitates significant travel (up to 80%). Critical functions & Responsibilities: * Attend chamber events, community, and trade show events to continue to initiate new BP relationships. * Identify growth potential within existing and new BPs by evaluating membership penetration, developing a relationship with the main point of contact while identifying and evaluating additional needs. * Build stronger relationships with current BPs through communication efforts, visits, enrollments financial education workshops, etc. * Promote all products and services with cross-selling to meeting members and BPs needs.
