Medicare Portfolio Sales Trainer - (Jacksonville, FL)

POSITION DESCRIPTION This role is a key part of our Medicare portfolio selling efforts, expected to develop an external sales agent and agency training strategy to drive ancillary sales as well as Medicare products. Fundamental Components: Develop and execute a portfolio sales training effort to external and internal audiences, nationwide. Nationwide travel availability is a must and the expertise to refresh/refine approaches to the strategy is necessary depending upon sales cycles, product offerings and product focus. BACKGROUND/Background preferred: Superior knowledge and application of performance-based instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles and educational media. EDUCATION The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelors degree or equivalent background.
