Training Specialist I','3DGHO','!*!Training Specialist IWilliamsville, NY - Amherst CenterFull-time: Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pmFUNCTION:Plan, schedule, and deliver internal training programs to increase job related skills and knowledge in support of the needs of the Bank s businesses.JOB DUTIES:Deliver classroom and internal training programs at any of several training locations.Assist in development of appropriate training materials for training classes.Conduct on-going target training sessions as needed to address new products or processes i.e.: IRA, Mission Appreciation.Customize training materials and adapts classroom instruction, as needed, to meet trainee needs.Evaluate trainees performance and progress through observation, verbal questioning and a variety of assessment mechanisms. Provides feedback and direction to trainees to facilitate development of desired knowledge and skill.Maintain all records necessary with respect to the progress, performance, work habits and attendance of trainees.
