Overview: New Perspective Senior Living is seeking a Cook. New Perspective Senior Living owns and operates assisted living, memory care, and independent living communities throughout the Midwest (MN, WI, IL, and ND). The Cook provides an exceptional dining background by scratch cooking, meeting all Lighthouse standards, and interacting with residents, caregivers, and servers. Complies with federal and state laws and regulations as well as Company s policies and procedures. Works with the team that encourages and supports the residents in Living Life On Purpose by focusing in the four Pillars (Physical Fitness, Brain Fitness, Dining Background, and Social/Spiritual Enrichment). The Cook champions the Mission, Values and Principles of Service every day. ?Critical responsibilities: Becomes Serve Safe Certified and follow standards. Follows all menu items and standardized recipes. Executes daily, weekly, monthly tasks sheets. * Maintains quality and timeliness of food preparation throughout the shift.
