Job details Job Summary:The Crossover Health Host role is at the forefront of the unique patient background we seek to deliver. They are the 1st health center team player to greet guests as they arrive. The Host provides health center guests with above-and-beyond service to ensure an exceptional patient background. The position ensures that guests are delighted and happy from the moment they step into the health center and continue to extend the service background beyond the health center walls to ensure superior service delivery.Position responsibilities: Patient Background. Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints; assists customers in all inquiries in connection with clinical services and hours of operations. Objective is to get to know each patient and treat them as a personal guest of the Health Center. Personal Greeting. Welcome each employee as they enter the Health Center.
