Floret (by Cafe Flora) in Sea-Tac Airport is seeking to hire a full time professional barista for EARLY morning (4:30am and later) and afternoon shifts. Barista is responsible for:Skillfully making specialty tea and coffee beverages while following health and safety guidelines and engaging with customers in a positive manner. Able to operate espresso equipment and maintain clean work area in a high energy environment. Greeting guests in a positive and friendly manner even under heavy volumes and stress. Minimum requirements:1-two years barista experienceAble to consistently create excellent milk texture (latte art a plus)Able to follow recipe guidelinesAble to remain calm and friendly during high customer volumesDesire to work in a team/family environmentA min commitment of six monthsOpen availability...early morning shifts begin as early as 4:30am and afternoon shifts begin as early as 12:30pm.
