Project Engineer - (Pasadena, TX)

Novecare develops leading edge technologies that affect the behavior of fluids to give them cleansing, softening, moisturizing, hydrating, gelling, texturizing, penetrating or dispersing properties. Its products are found in shampoos, detergents, paints, lubricants, plant protection, mining and oil extraction. The Project Engineer will be a member of the North America Novecare Engineering Group and will report to the Novecare Engineering Manager. This individual will primarily manage capital projects at the host facility. This position will be responsible for all aspects of project management of capital projects from conceptual scope development, detailed design, management of the design team, construction management, and leading the start-up, commissioning and training activities.
