Manager of Learning and Development - (Wilmington, MA)

The Manager of Learning & Development leads the implementation and management of strategic programs and initiatives to train and develop employees to achieve UniFirsts business objectives. Under the managers guidance and leadership, the Learning and Development team is responsible for the design, development and implementation of leadership and professional development programs across the company. What you will do: * In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of 6 learning and development professionals. * Evaluates the effectiveness of existing leadership, technical, compliance, safety and other training programs. * Implements content and delivery protocols and best practices to ensure the highest quality and effectiveness. * Oversees the creation of a talent pipeline that are position-ready for business leaders. Works with management and other HR teammates to assess future talent needs and build bench strength.
