Job DescriptionThe Senior Property Manager will oversee the operation of assigned commercial properties which includes overseeing the maintenance of both interior and exterior of buildings, collecting rent from tenants, creating and keeping records and documentation up-to-date and making sure building regulations are being followed.Responsibilities Serve as primary point of contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and that property objectives are met Oversee the monthly AR and tenant ledgers and ensure timely distribution of late letters for all outstanding balances Alongside the Vice President, oversee and manage property management and maintenance for all properties and assist brokerage when needed Inspect properties in accordance with company procedures; identify deficiencies and correct them in accordance with budget guidelines and established property standards Maintain property expenses within budgeted allowances Bid and negotiate contracted maintenance agreements with Property Management VP Prepare
