Insurance Services Support Admin (Entry Level) - (Los Angeles, CA)

Job DescriptionRESPONSIBILITIES: •Investigation, evaluation, negotiation and resolution of claims of minimal to moderate complexity.•Manage caseload to meet service, productivity and quality standards •Conducts necessary investigations to determine policy coverage and takes proper steps to pursue adequate settlement.•Analyzes details and determine the insurer’s liability under the policy contract.QUALIFICATIONS: •Expertise and work independently, with a sound knowledge of applicable laws and regulations of the auto claim industry.•Effective written and spoken communication abilities to enable accurate completion of reports, details gathering and negotiations.• High-school diploma or equivalent Required for Part-time / Bachelor's Degree Required for Full-time • Strong communication, organizational and developed customer service skills. •Multi-lingual- Spanish& English (Preferred, not required)•Previous background in the insurance claim industry
