Responsibilities: * Assist Tax and Insurance department supervisor/manager in day-to-day direction of staff and workflow process; with responsibility for insurance/flood operational functionality. * Responsible for root cause trending, identifying process improvements to daily workflow, client requests, carrying out process changes and ensuring client satisfaction. * Provide technical work guidance to department staff with regard to the procurement of insurance bills, audit requests, root cause analysis (RCA) and follow-up email requests.
