Overview Provide administrative support to multiple renewal/service underwriters, including monitoring email correspondence, and completing administrative tasks to expedite the underwriting process. Responsibilities Duties include but are nor limited to: * Organize, maintain, and coordinate company electronic files and records * Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for managers * Tracks expenses on a monthly basis, citing variances with budget * Perform data entry Requirements * Associates or Bachelors Degree, preferred * 3+ years in an administrative or project coordination role * High-level of professional conduct * Expertise to interact with and assist executive management * Expertise to work in a confidential nature * Microsoft office Skills, including Ms excel proficiency * General analytical, organizational, and coordination skills #LI-POSTSDL2017
