Greyhound Corporate - Contract Specialist - Contract Management The specialist will have the responsibility to organize and administer procurement contract activities from cradle to grave. The specialist will perform procurement and strategic sourcing planning activities. The specialist will have a close working relationship with various groups such as technical operations, legal, safety and IT, and finance. The specialist will also be responsible for issuing bid packages (Request for Quotation and Request for Proposal) to suppliers and contractors, and handle quotations, proposals, along with administering specific standards for bidding and submission. The specialist will participate in contract negotiations and advise requesters/stakeholders on the commercial basis for supplier/contractor selection. The specialist will mitigate risks to the company. The specialist will perform contract formation and issuance of the final contract documents to the selected supplier/contractor.
