Role Description: * Lead the Testing effort (Functional/UAT/Integration/Performance/Regression) and create documentation, including: * Create Qualifications Traceability Matrix (RTM). * Create test strategy, plan, and schedule. * Create test scenarios including acceptance criteria. * Manage staffing (testers) and execution. * Manage test defects resolution. * Manage test data creation and maintenance. * Manage test environment maintenance. * Assist testing execution. * Produce progress reports / dashboards to communicate status, and issues/risks. * Lead test meeting to address status, open items, issues/risks.
