Job summary The Quality Control Manager will be responsible for transformation and continuous improvement of the current QC organization into a highly effective and efficient provider of quality control services for the Pasadena site. This position will also serve on the site leadership team. This position will provide leadership and direction for the QC department and build a high performing QC team while coaching, mentoring, and developing QC personnel and partnering with Operations in resolving issues.
