Quality Manager - (Mequon, WI)

The Quality Manager is responsible for development and implementation of product improvement strategy for the Low Voltage Drives (LVD) business. This position works closely with business management, engineering, quality and other associated functions to improve customer background with LVD products. * Develop business strategy and annual plans for improving key product quality indicators, including warranty and post-warranty returns, rolled throughput yield loss (RTYL), warranty cost, supplier quality and customer background survey scores. * Direct and manage the efforts of engineering, quality and other functions to execute projects required to achieve CI objectives. * Develop policy and process as required to facilitate CI activities with a cross-functional team. Remove MUDA from existing processes to increase speed to goal attainment. * Utilize 6 sigma toolkit to clearly articulate goals and metrics, analyze and select projects, test and implement solutions and sustain success.
