Job DescriptionPosition SummaryThe Design Manager will be assigned to effectively manage the entire design process from the proposal acceptance to SMP Amendment execution to meet clients’ needs and expectations in all markets nationwide. The Design Manager will be expected to organize, maintain and make changes to the designs of all projects and work with numerous teams within the organization to design and implement packages for new business developments as well as older business renovations.Primary responsibilities· Take ownership and accountability for the performance of the design process· Ensure the accuracy of all internal and external project budgets and expenditures in Stages one and 2 of active job lists· Ensure compliance with corporate goals
