SUMMARY The Team player's responsibility 1st and foremost is to deliver a premium customer background by inspiring creativity within our customers and making JOANN their happy place! All Teammates drive sales through advanced product knowledge, innovative merchandising, and cutting counter accuracy. We are looking for a part-time Team player with an emphasis on freight processing (unloading). The Team player's role is to create an exceptional in-store background and provide excellent customer service by interacting and engaging with customers. The Team player will also embody characteristics and perform duties of Brand Ambassador, Operational Excellence, Business Acumen, and Inspirational Leader. OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE - Pull and/or push merchandise with appropriate equipment from the delivering truck to the store receiving area and ultimately the sales floor - Works with Store Management and other Teammates on projects in a friendly and professional manner
